The Board of
Directors are delighted to announce the appointment of an Operational Director,
David Baker, who will be joining us on 15th September 2015.
Initially David’s focus will be to drive forward the business within the
Financial Services Division, which is currently enjoying a growth surge.
David’s responsibilities will be group wide, with a remit in reviewing the
General Business Division in time, his role relatively simple to drive up
sales, increase profitability and improve quality.
David is in his early
50s, groomed in management, primarily Financial Services. David possesses
thirty five years industry experience, incorporating a number of senior
management and directorial positions both at a large Provider (Axa) and more
recently in transforming the fortunes of a medium sized IFA Practice. We
are therefore pleased to have secured the appointment of an experienced
individual, with a proven track record of success.
David’s role will not
be client facing, It will be very much strategic, endeavouring to establish
strategies that deliver targeted aims and objectives.
This is a bold,
positive step with our endeavour of taking the business forward.
